Titan's Helmet is a Legendary defensive item unlocked by upgrading Stonewarden. It provides Physical Armor, Spell Power, and a powerful Damage Reflection effect that punishes enemies for attacking the wearer. Why Use Titan's Helmet?

Titan's Helmet is designed for heroes that expect to be attacked. Instead of simply reducing incoming damage, it actively punishes enemies for dealing damage — every attack against the wearer comes at a cost, forcing opponents to think carefully before committing to extended fights. The reflection effect is especially powerful against lifesteal builds, since reflected Pure Damage immediately offsets the health enemies recover. Because reflected damage scales with incoming damage, Titan's Helmet often becomes more threatening the harder enemies hit.
